3. Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed by following the online instructions. Payment must be completed prior to delivery of the selected item or activation of a service.

4. Delivery

Services are delivered at the scheduled time. Infoproducts are made available digitally upon payment. Goods are shipped to the address provided by you.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Services

You may cancel a booked service up to 14 days before its scheduled start for a full refund via the original payment method, processed within 10 days of approval. After this period, no refund is available due to resource allocation. However, you may request one rescheduling up to two times by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date.

5.2 Infoproducts

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the digital content has been accessed. Submit your request through our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. No refunds are available after 7 days or once the access threshold has been exceeded.

5.3 Goods

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Custom or perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
